Relief Efforts Seen as Inadequate
Organizations have escalated distribution of shelter, blankets and clothes following the truce started, but they emphasize there is remains not enough aid entering.
"Officials are working relentlessly to provide that aid and to hand it out, but the magnitude of the needs is so vast that we still have a great number of individuals and minors who are truly suffering every night," warned one representative.
Future Challenges and Ceasefire Provisions
The next stage of the truce involves plans for the reconstruction of Gaza, along with future administration, the removal of personnel, and other provisions.
Relief groups have stressed the imperative for "expanded and ongoing humanitarian assistance to meet urgent and long-term requirements."
The hostilities was initiated by an attack in late 2023. Later military operations have caused a high number of fatalities in the region, according to official reports.
